I work with humans, in all meanings of this word. Humans, who are curious, who are searching, who want to be in touch with themselves, in touch with other and the world. Humans, who want to be embodied, feel, breathe, grow. Humans, who fall, fail, make mistakes. Humans, who are alone, who are lost, who are in pain. Humans, who want to live. Humans, who want to experience life.

I am a Humanist. I work in Gestalt and Hakomi modalities. I have a long history working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, meaning of life, etc. I offer both individual and couples therapy. I am most interested in building awareness and mindfulness. I work relationally. I am not a blank slate, I am a human, in relationship with other humans. I am interested in authenticity, and I aspire to learn to be honest and vulnerable together with my clients.

I have 10 years of experience as a therapist outside and inside of the US. I am fully fluent in Russian and Kazakh languages.
