Welcome! It is my gift and honor to be of service to you on your path. Drawing deeply on earth-based wisdom practices, the healing nature of art, music, writing, and ritual, as well as body-awareness and mindfulness practices, I support folks who have experienced trauma, disconnection, and harm to connect more deeply with their own true self.In my role as therapist I am acting as a conduit and a facilitator to access the information and healing processes that are already within you. It is my core belief that you hold everything you need within you to heal- therapy can help clear the path to your own inner wisdom and knowing.

I practice expressive arts therapy, transpersonal therapy, and applied shamanic counseling from a trauma-informed, social-justice perspective. In a typical session we may talk, write, listen to music, collage, do guided visualizations or journey. We will explore the personal, relational, social, and spiritual aspects of you and your world- looking at issues and change through a holistic lens, while prioritizing your own pace and process. These modalities allow us to bypass the thinking mind and travel to the depths and root of what lays underneath the surface, facilitating change at the core.

I have a focus on supporting folks who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse and/or assault, vicarious trauma, or are navigating big life transitions. I also focus on supporting folks who identify with LGBTQ+ communities, non-monogamous/polyamorous relationship models, artists, healers, and those pursuing spiritual and psychic abilities and paths.
