Reaching out can take a lot of courage. Whether you've been thinking of beginning this exploration for a while, or your need for healing came more recently, I'm here to support you. My style is warm yet direct. Much of my training is in integral therapy- this means I draw from multiple schools of thought and value approaching issues from more than one angle. Together, we can seek answers about older patterns, while at the same time addressing day-to-day challenges you experience. I'm passionate about helping people find their agency and inner strengths so they may live fuller, more satisfying lives. In my work with couples I support people in creating healthy, fulfilling connections with one another. I use contemporary approaches to understand what’s really happening for you and your partner. Couples counseling can help people better know each other, their needs, and themselves. This knowledge serves to reduce confusion and miscommunication, as well as frustration and resentment.

A main focus of my practice is relationships. This includes couples' counseling and also applies to individuals' relationship to themselves. One of my specialties is supporting people who have a tough inner critic. This can be associated with things that include: perfectionism/workaholism, isolation, self-esteem, assertiveness, identifying healthy boundaries, and use of substances, food, or behaviors that help with coping but aren't desirable or satisfying in the long run.

You're here because you're ready for something to be different. If you'd like to learn more about how I work, or to see if we might be a good fit, please contact me at or reach my confidential voicemail at (707) 408 4632. I offer a free 15 minute consultation via phone.
