You're here because you're ready for something to be different. If you’re hard on yourself or have a tough inner critic, you’re probably familiar with anxiety or depression. Right now you have more questions than answers. "Why are things harder for me than they are for other people? How do I stop feeling anxious?" You have a sense of how people "should" be -how you should be, but it’s not what’s happening. You know the "supposed to"s well. Maybe they drive you to succeed, and maybe they get in your way -but you feel like you're falling short. You deserve peace of mind, joy, and healthy, fulfilling relationships.

Now imagine feeling clear and confident about what you need -and not being afraid to get it! I’m passionate about supporting my clients' understanding of themselves and helping them feel like they deserve to take up more space. Connecting more to your experiences takes courage, and it's the first step towards integration and honoring your whole self.

Therapy with me includes addressing questions like “Why are things like this?” and doesn’t leave out “How do I move forward in a new way?” My practice is informed by an awareness of social justice, and I work especially well with critical thinkers and cerebral types. If this sounds like you, reach out to see if we're a good fit.
