I work with a range of ages, ethnic backgrounds, and identities, but primarily, with young to middle aged adults, teens, and couples. Depending on the needs of my clients, I offer a unique approach, tailored to best suit the needs of each individual. My ideal client would be someone who wants to explore their spirituality, and I take a transpersonal approach to many issues, such as depression, anxiety, and grief/ loss. Additionally, I often work with clients who have experienced trauma, and enjoy working from a somatic/ trauma-informed care model in these circumstances. I go slow, and work relationally, within the dynamic of the therapeutic relationship, in order to get to know one another and build trust. My goal is to guide the client so they can uncover where they seem to be stuck, helping them to move through it, and grow from it. I believe in the power of the individual to heal themselves, and although I am an expert on the subject of psychology, I honor the person's expertise on their own experience.

I specialize in integral psychotherapy, which means I address the body, cognitive mind, heart, and spirit, as a whole. My therapeutic orientations are mainly transpersonal, somatic, psychodynamic, and feminist approaches, and I specialize in a range of issues, including anything from depression and anxiety, to trauma and spiritual emergency. I also incorporate mindfulness-based practices, dream analysis, gestalt exercises, and inner child work, as well as exploration and integration of non-ordinary states.
